DPS Logo

The Dasmesh Punjabi School logo was designed in 1993 after a school-wide art competition.

The ideas from the students’ designs were then submitted to Mohini Minhas of Calgary, who gave us the final electronically-generated DPS logo that we use today.

The Khanda( A) and Ik-Onkar(B) represent Sikhism

The book in the design symbolizes education,

and the Maple leaf represents our country, Canada.
